Need to Cancel?
Our Flexible Hair Salon Policy
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel give us a call or send us a message, we do ask that you give us 24 hours notice before your appointment. If you don’t attend your appointment with us, we will require a 50% deposit for the next booking you make. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment at the end of your appointment. If you wish to reschedule or cancel this appointment the deposit can be transferred to a different appointment. We are a small business and while we always try to be accommodating to our clients, we need to make sure 'no shows' are minimised.
